This site has been developed under the aegis of the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV and AIDS (UNAIDS) in Moldova, which provides assistance to the local institutions regarding policy making, adjustment of the legal framework, capacity building, resource mobilization, development of a national AIDS response framework, implementation of the Three Ones Principle, advocacy in favor of PLHIV, dissemination of strategic information, as well as liaison with international organizations and donors.
